Reviews
Very good services from Dr. Clark and staff.
Dr. Clarke is an amazing physician but an even more amazing human being! The staff was excellent and I feel at ease with my plan of care knowing he has MY best interest at heart. Keyword being he has a heart for his patient as I have had a long hard road and may continue to be.
Not so good. Dr. Clark is good. All the support people, not so good. I received a telephone call concerning medicine for my "upcoming procedure." I don't have a procedure scheduled. Doesn't make sense. Someone from Dr. Clark's office was supposed to call me to schedule the procedure. Hasn't happened. Is there a reason the lady who called me about the prescription was calling from Texas when I live in Oklahoma? Why can't they call it in to my pharmacy where Iive? The man who answers the phone when I call Dr. Clark's office is very good. Very helpful!
Too much paperwork for a new patient. The women at the front desk asked me if I was finished filling out the forms which I wasn't and it made me feel rushed. His assistant was trying to talk me into meals on wheels because I don't like to cook!!
Everything was great, the as was three years ago on my last visit.
