"I have been a patient of Dr. Conkling going on 5 years. I first met him in the ER. He kept me from bleeding to death. I then saw him on my follow up visit. I was diagnosed with End Stage Liver Disease. He referred me to a transplant center. The whole time I was still Dr. Conklings patient. He Was not only my doctor but was my advocate.
