I have always been happy with Dr. Blankenship’s care and I trust him implicitly with my health.
Matt came into the exam room shortly after I was taken back. He was very thorough and personable. He answered all my questions and was very patient. It was a good experience.

Dr. Volak is the doctor we wish all health professionals could be; experienced yet up to date on current treatment modalities. Compassionate, ethical care. Unfortunately I think he is a rare commodity. I am extremely grateful for him.
I can honestly say this was my 1st visit to Dr. Conkling, 4/14/2025.
I felt he truly cared about my issues. I took with me my previous records and test results from another caregiver, which he went over with me.
We went over each of my symptoms I was experiencing. He evaluated me physically and explained to me via a diagram in the exam room why I am most likely experiencing my stomach and bowel issues.
Dr. Conkling answered my questions and proceeded to "confidently" prescribe medication, stating this should resolve my discomfort and self-confidence I'm experiencing.
I've been suffering too long, I'm looking forward to taking my prescribed Med and "hopefully" being able to enjoy life again without everytime I walk into a public place having to scope out "where's the bathroom".....

Had my procedure done today and everything went SO smooth! I felt completely at ease. The staff at the front, the nurses, the anesthesiologist, and of course Dr Volak absolutely rock!!!!♥️ I love Dr. Volak's personality, it makes the experience even better!!! HIGHLY recommend Dr. Volak and his team!

Starting with staff person who checked me in, to the nurses, doctors, and to the staff member taking me to the car, they all treated me with kindness, dignity and patience. It’s very comforting to see the same staff at this facility over the many years I have been going to this facility. I feel as though they all love their jobs helping people.

I had colonoscopy about 3 years ago all negative. Had a cologuard about a week ago, positive, so next week I have the scope done again.

Personal and professional. I can aways call the office and get a call backwhen I have questions and need help.
The medical team made my check in process easy. I was called back to the exam room on time. Cheryl took vitals and got me settled. She was both personable and professional. Dr Clark was well-prepared when he came in the room. He knew my history and we could discuss upcoming diagnostic procedures frankly. I felt heard. All of my questions were fully answered.
